YRC unit organized village camps where the students are involved in construction of school buildings, laying the roads, Clean and Green programmes. The highlight of these activities is that they also involve the rural youth and motivate them on self development. The YRC is also organize blood donation camps, create awareness on issues like aids, anti pollution measures, communal harmony.The college YRC is motivating the students in serving the needs of the society through a number of extension activities such as village adoption, strengthening rural infrastructure through camps, by organizing rallies on issues like Aids awareness, and by taking up activities like pulse polio, literacy camps and so on.
Blood donation camps involving the students are conducted every year to inculcate a sense of human and national service. |
